1. Introduction

Thank you for subscribing to Simbli (and its integrated AI assistant, Alfred). We value your trust and want to ensure you have a clear understanding of how refunds work on our platform.

2. Subscription Plans and Billing

Simbli operates on a subscription model that renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually), unless cancelled before renewal.

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

  • You can view your billing details and renewal date at any time in your Billing section.
  • By subscribing, you agree to the terms of recurring billing until you cancel your plan.
3. Free Trial Period

We offer a 7-day free trial to help you explore Simbli and Alfred before you commit to a paid plan.

During this trial, you can use most core features without charge.

Once the trial ends, your selected plan will automatically start unless you cancel before the trial expiration date.

Since the trial allows for a full product evaluation, we generally do not issue refunds for subscriptions that begin after the trial period has ended.

4. Refund Eligibility

We understand that circumstances vary, so refunds are considered only in specific cases:

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You were charged after cancelling your subscription before renewal.
  • You were billed twice for the same plan due to a technical error.
  • The product was inaccessible or malfunctioning for most of your billing cycle, and our support team could not resolve it.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You simply changed your mind after renewal.
  • You forgot to cancel before your renewal date.
  • You did not use the product or credits during your active billing period.
  • You purchased during a discount or promotional offer (e.g., 50% off) unless there was a technical billing error.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness to both users and the service.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@simbli.ai within 7 days of the charge date.
  2. Include your registered email, invoice ID, and a short description of the issue.
  3. Our billing team will respond within 3–5 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear.

6. Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your active plan anytime from your Subscription Settings page.

When you cancel:

  • You'll retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No future payments will be charged.
  • Partial-period refunds are not provided.
7. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

  • Abusive or fraudulent use of coupons, credits, or promotions.
  • Accounts violating our Terms of Service or Fair Usage Policy.
  • Bulk or enterprise plans governed by separate contracts.
